Independence Day!
Each year, Bob and Su (otherwise known as Grandma and Pop-Pop to my kids) host a fourth of July picnic for the whole family at their home. The kids soaked in the time with their cousins…and were literally soaked, too – at least they were while they played water guns! Thankfully the heatwave held off and the weather was lovely in the shade.
