Back Yard Reunions
Today was 80 degrees. What weird weather our country is having the past few days. It snowed a foot in some places, and feels like summer in others. Crazy.
Anywho…I was supposed to clean the kitchen floor today but guess what? The floor is totally still dirty because the kids and I played outside. It was fun getting out, seeing neighbors emerge from their homes to play and visit. Even after we went inside for the night, kids, moms, and dads were still coming out and having little mini-reunions. I think we’re all craving spring. This little bit of extra daylight is heavenly too.
When we came in, I had to grab a fruit punch juice box with the kids. It was just a "slurp down a juice box with your kids" kinda day.
