All hail Judiaann Woo. She is the creator of Haagen Dazs’ flavor of 2006, Sticky Toffee Pudding. Ever since I saw the Food Network special this past summer, which chronicled the events of the contest, I knew I would love that ice cream. I’ve been indulging in it ever since. Indulging, of course, being no more than a scant quarter to half cup, but hey, I’ll take whatever my calorie allotment can handle. Next on my list to try? The 2007 flavor, Carmelized Pear and Toasted Pecan.
