I’m just going to stop buying ground beef…nothing I make with it pleases my family. Except Shepherd’s Pie, but I didn’t have the makings for that tonight. So I made this Bisquick recipe instead. I think there is just too much Chinese in my husband’s and children’s genes for American casseroles. Good thing I love Chinese style cooking. I guess I just need to integrate it into my weekly menu more often.
